Jane's yoga journey started 18 years ago, when she first came to Glasgow. She had a strong weekly asana practice until having her first daughter and then life got in the way, but she was still curious about yoga and knew there was more to it than postures.  She returned to yoga at the end of 2013, after getting in touch with Helen and Debbie at Yogability about volunteering.  Since then she has practiced regularly and in 2015 started RYT 200 hours training at MCY in Glasgow. Jane's daily practice is Hatha yoga, with a regular meditation and pranayama practice. Since qualifying, she has been teaching regular classes with Yogability, joint teaching a men's class with Helen and recently started a ladies class at a Health Centre. She is always furthering her practice and recently attended an outreach course with Edinburgh Community Yoga Outreach.
